Brandon Sparks is a highly respect figure in American rugby. With proven experience in development programs for youth, community, age-grade, professional, and international rugby.

His real passion is helping community programs create pathways and programs that help players, coaches, and referees stay involved in the game and ultimately lead to the club becoming an integrated part of the community.

Alongside his creative endeavors, Racule possesses a strong background in rugby, where he has excelled as a player, coach, and advocate for the sport's development. He actively engages in grassroots initiatives for youth rugby, mentoring young athletes and promoting the sport's fundamental values of teamwork and resilience.
Racule’s remarkable ability to combine his creative expertise with his passion for rugby has made him an accomplished figure in both fields.
